Craftender

The systems I get called into rarely break in the code. They break at a decision nobody wrote down: which integration owns the record, what happens when a job is retried, who gets to say the scope changed.

Craftender is where I work on that in public. A minilab (Craftender Strategic Lab SLU) for web software and AI-native consulting, run by Andrés Saá: close to twenty years building and connecting systems, still close to the code.
